One thing a lot of people neglect to think about is that the difference
between PUP and WUP programs is not only introduced by the systems
themselves, but also by different compilers and/or compiler revisions.
For example, someone told me that PowerUP is 30 % faster than WarpUp,
because a program they did was 30 % faster on PowerUp. I asked for the
compilers they used: gcc on PowerUp, StormC 3 on WarpUp. So in fact,
they compared the compilers, and not the systems.
To sum it up, this is fruitless discussion.
